Our Services

  • One-hour therapy sessions are offered in both indoor and outdoor settings, allowing you to choose the environment that feels most comfortable and supportive.

    Brittany is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, and United Healthcare. For those choosing private pay, intake sessions are $150 and ongoing sessions are $135. A superbill can also be provided for clients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits.

    Brittany offers extended, four-hour sessions designed to support individuals experiencing ADHD, depression, chronic stress, and other challenges that can make maintaining an organized space feel overwhelming. These sessions focus on thoughtfully decluttering areas of the home—such as closets and kitchens—to create a more supportive and calming environment for overall well-being.

    While these sessions are informed by Brittany’s therapeutic training and understanding of mental health, they are not a substitute for therapy or clinical services.

    Please note that these services do not include hazardous conditions or hoarding situations.
